How do I use it?

1. Secure Your Grip
Hold the thick, textured handles with both hands—palms facing down—to maintain firm control throughout the movement.

2. Attach Your Resistance
Connect a dumbbell plate, kettlebell, or any weighted object to the sturdy strap or carabiner for adjustable resistance.

3. Roll to Train
Roll the bar forward using your wrists to wind the strap, lifting the weight smoothly upward. When the weight reaches the top, reverse the motion to lower it under control, engaging both wrist flexors and extensors.
